So the first sign of trouble when I got home was hearing my dogs tags jingling on the other side of the front door as I was unlocking it. Sure enough, Lou is out of his crate. I walk into the kitchen to see how this happened (his crate is in the kitchen on the linoleom floor due to a prior incident where he broke the tray of this crate and shredded the carpet underneath!) and I see the panel to his crate has been pulled down! He also pulled the rug into his cage and destroyed it, and pulled one of my hubby's flip flops into the cage and ate it (the second pair within a few weeks (but thats what my busband gets for leaving them near by lol). After this, I expected to find a lot more damage throughout the house, but surprisingly, all I found was a thin mints wrapper in his bed in my room!

My pup decided to have a go at my UGGs. Let's just say she's luck to be alive...

It was a lazy Sunday morning, so I was waking up slowly with my friends Pinterest and Facebook. I heard Kiah, my 10 month old boxer, chewing on a bone in her crate out in the living room. I felt proud of her because I thought she was self-entertaining herself... turns out she was: With my only pair of black heels for work!!!! Needless to say, she got a decent timeout. I got a new pair as a Christmas gift!

I came home from work really excited on my first day at a new job and kicked my shoes off at the front door. Wilbur our 5 month old puppy (he's a rescue we believe to be half Jack Russell and half Shih Tzu) followed me into the kitchen where my husband was waiting to talk to me and hear about my day. I gave Wilbur a quick pet and hello, but he seemed to be frustrated that I didn't give him more attention, so he started nipping at my pant leg. I told him "down" and he ran out of the room to his kennel. Or so I thought. My husband called me into the room a few minutes later and this is what I saw. I didn't know whether to laugh or cry!
